Paris Jackson Says She Always Feels Her Dad, Michael Jackson, With Her.

Even though she faced challenges, she has chosen to open up about her childhood with her father, who was famously called the “King of Pop.” Almost everyone knows about Michael Jackson and his music.

Michael Jackson was known as the “King of Pop,” and that title didn’t come for no reason. While we love his music, his life had its challenges.

From a young age, Michael faced issues in his family, especially when he performed with his siblings in the Jackson Five. His father was strict and would discipline the children if they didn’t follow the rules.

Some people see Michael as a product, someone who was trained from an early age to be a performer and singer. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that his music, dancing, and songwriting are incredible.

When Michael Jackson passed away in 2009, the whole world felt the loss. Throughout his life, he dealt with paparazzi and tabloids, and even in his final moments, he wasn’t left alone.

When Michael Jackson passed away, many helicopters followed the ones carrying his body from the Los Angeles hospital. Even today, news about Michael Jackson and his family is reported all over the world.

Now, most of the attention goes to his family, especially his kids. They often face problems because the Jackson family is popular among paparazzi who follow them around.

Paris Jackson, Michael’s second child, has been in the public eye since she was young. But now, she’s trying hard to be known for herself, not just as Michael Jackson’s child.

Paris has been dealing with mental health challenges for a while, but she’s doing well despite them.

Paris Jackson was born on April 3, 1998, in California. She’s the only daughter and the second child of Michael Jackson.

In the early years, Paris and her brother were homeschooled and kept away from the public eye until the sixth grade. Michael Jackson wanted to protect their privacy, so the kids wore costumes or covered their heads in scarves in early photos to hide their faces.

Life on the Neverland Ranch, where they lived, was rich but also restrictive. Paris spoke about her upbringing with supermodel Naomi Campbell. She said her father, Michael Jackson, made sure they were well-rounded and educated.

“My dad was really good about making sure we were cultured, making sure we were educated, and not just showing us the glitz and glam, like hotel hopping, five-star places,” Paris said. “We saw everything. We saw third world countries. We saw every part of the spectrum.”

Paris Jackson traveled all over the world when she was a kid because her dad, Michael Jackson, toured and performed in front of lots of people.

She appreciates her “rich” upbringing but also learned early on that she shouldn’t feel entitled to things. Her dad taught her and her siblings the importance of working hard to get what they want.

Even when they were young, if they wanted toys, they had to earn them by reading books. Paris says it’s not about feeling like you automatically get things; it’s about working hard and feeling accomplished. Her father passed away when she was just 11 years old.

On June 25, 2009, the famous “King of Pop,” Michael Jackson, had a heart problem at home. He was quickly taken to a nearby hospital, but sadly, he passed away. According to Michael’s will, Paris and her brothers were placed under the legal care of Katherine Jackson.

Paris was only 11 years old at the time. During her father’s funeral, which was shown on TV, she spoke briefly to the whole world. She said, “Ever since I was born, daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine. And I just wanted to say I love him so much.”

Paris and her brothers, Prince Michael (12) and Prince Michael II (7), were at the televised memorial service, and that was the first time people got a good look at Michael Jackson’s children. In January 2010, they were seen in public again, accepting a special award for their dad at the 2010 Grammy Awards.

In November of the same year her father passed away, Paris went on the Oprah Winfrey Show to talk about him. She said he was amazing and that he was the best cook, making the world’s best French toast. She wanted people to know he was just a regular dad.

After Michael Jackson died, Paris moved into a big house in California with her grandmother Katherine Jackson and other family members. When she turned 19, she decided to live in her father’s private studio at the family home. She turned it into a dorm-style bedroom.

Losing her father was already tough, but for Paris, it meant more than just that. Suddenly, she was expected to continue her father’s legacy.

When I started seventh grade, I decided to go to a private school. At that time, the only people who seemed to accept me were the older kids, and it didn’t go well.

I started doing things that kids who were 13, 14, or 15 years old shouldn’t do. I tried to grow up too fast, and I wasn’t very nice.

Around the same time, social media became a thing, and I had to deal with people being mean online. The idea of free speech is good, but when they made those rules, they probably didn’t think about social media.

As a teenager, I went through a lot of tough stuff. I even tried hurting myself after a really bad thing happened, but that was a turning point for me.

She spent her sophomore (second) year of high school and half of her junior (third) year at a special school in Utah, which was really good for her.

“I’m a completely different person,” she said. “I was going through a lot of teen angst, and I was dealing with my depression and anxiety without any help. I was actually kind of crazy.”

Paris graduated from high school in 2015, a year early. But by then, she had a lot on her plate. She was one of the heirs to Michael Jackson’s billion-dollar legacy, and even though she hadn’t really done anything, people saw her as a celebrity.

Now, Paris is following in her father’s footsteps in the entertainment business. She takes her dad’s advice seriously: if you want something, you have to work hard for it. In an interview with Naomi Campbell, Paris said she fully believes in earning her own success.

Even though Paris was born into a very rich family, as the child of one of the most famous people ever, we admire her for wanting to do her own thing. No matter what happened in her past or who her father is, she’s independent.

She grew up mostly around adults, except for her siblings. When she left Neverland to go to a regular school, it was a big change. Growing up as Michael Jackson’s child was one side of her life, but for her, the world was much more than that. At first, it was really tough.

“When I entered the real world, I was shocked. It blew me away,” Paris said. “Not just because it was sexist, but also misogynist, racist, and cruel. It was really scary. And it still is scary.”

So, what did Paris choose to do? Well, she decided to follow her own path and started working as a model. And she’s really good at it!

In the past few years, she’s been featured on the covers of some of the world’s most important magazines, like Rolling Stone, Vogue, and Narcisse.

Modeling is something therapeutic and natural for Paris. Many were surprised when her father, Michael Jackson, changed his appearance through various surgeries. But in today’s world of social media and online bullying, Paris understands why he made that choice.

“I’ve struggled with how I see myself for a very long time,” she said. “Some people think I’m not pretty, and some think I am. But when I’m modeling, I forget about my self-esteem problems and focus on what the photographer is telling me – and I feel beautiful. In that way, it’s a bit selfish.”

On her Instagram page, Paris shares bits of her life. It looks like she enjoys spending time with her friends and doing things she couldn’t experience when she was younger.

Paris Jackson released her first album called “Wilted” in 2020, following in her father’s musical footsteps. While her dad, Michael Jackson, was famous for R&B and pop, Paris’s music is more indie folk.

Her album mainly talks about heartbreak and love, and the feelings that come after things don’t work out. She grew up listening to her father’s music, and even though she created her own style, Michael Jackson’s taste in music influenced her.

Paris has over 50 tattoos on her body, and nine of them are dedicated to her father. She’s learned to cope with the loss of her dad and believes that he’s always with her. She feels his presence all the time.

Paris went through a lot growing up, especially dealing with the loss of her father. While others may relate to the pain of losing a parent, Paris had a unique experience growing up in the spotlight.

Now, she can go about her life without being followed everywhere by paparazzi, and we wish her the best! If you also think Paris Jackson is brave, share this article with your friends and family.
