Though they didn’t find illegal substances or alcohol in her blood, she was charged with one misdemeanor count of DUI.
Police and Paramedics responded to her home in March 2008 after a caller posing as her doctor rang 911 and assured that she was about to take her own life. She was found overdosed on drugs.
